Refund Policy

All products sold on Business Growth & Project Funding Tools are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

No Returns or Exchanges Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any digital products.

Refund Eligibility We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but never received access to your download
• The file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at vincent.firth@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

EU Customers EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, unless the digital content has already been accessed or downloaded, at which point the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Approved Refunds If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
